Single Rooms

The single room have a desk, one double bed, closet, private bathroom with hot water, fan and private parking lot.

Double Rooms

The double rooms have a living room set, two double beds closet, private bathroom with hot water, fan and private parking lot.

In High Season, the rate per night in a single room is 46 USD, the rate per night in a double room is 58 USD and additional person pay 7 USD.**

·· Low Season Reference Price. Additional person 6 USD each.

**Prices for one night / Taxes are not included (13%)/ Single Room price is based on single occupancy / Double Room price is based on double occupancy.

Rates for Children:

Lodging: Applicable when children share room with 2 adults.

0 to 2 years no charge.

3 to 5 years 50% off.

6 to 11 years 25% off.

Meals:

Breakfast 6.40 USD (Continental & Typical Costa Rican)

Lunch or Dinner 9.76 USD (1 main course & 1 natural drink or national beer)

Meals rates do not include taxes (23%).

Reservations:

Low and High Season:

Payment of 50% of the total amount of the booking date. 

Cancellations and Refunds:

Low and High Season:

4 days before check in 100% refund, 3 days before the check in 50% refund.

No refunds for cancellations made 2 days before or less from the check in date. No refunds for unused portion of reservation or no shows.
Reservations and cancellations must be via fax o email.
